On receipt of your LE BEANOCK it will be assumed that customers have read and are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Placing Your Order and Receiving Your LE BEANOCK:
No contract will exist between Funky Inside and a customer until an order has been accepted and the goods dispatched. If there is any problem accepting your order, we will notify you immediately. Once your order has been accepted, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. If you need your LE BEANOCK sooner, please advise us. Each LE BEANOCK will arrive with detailed instructions on how to install it correctly. Customers must read the instructions carefully before attempting to install LE BEANOCK. If you are in any doubt, consult a professional.
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your LE BEANOCK you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days and you should return it to the registered address below in suitable packaging in order to keep the goods in the same condition as they were originally delivered.
We hope you will be thrilled with your LE BEANOCK, but in the event that this is not the case, providing installation has not taken place and receipt of your dissatisfaction has been received within 14 days of delivery, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund on receipt of the goods in full and the condition they were originally delivered, minus £50.00 for each returned item for original handling and shipping costs.
All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will notify you immediately, but will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the product.
